Reasonably large room and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with a wide array of good food. Favourable location near to downtown restaurants and going activities and downtown and helpful and efficient staff.

This is a hotel go-to for Yakima! It's ideal base for sightseeing and exploring Yakima. The rooms are updated and quiet, have good-sized bathroom. The beds are great and the staff is wonderfully friendly.

Disappointing breakfast, it should be much better.

The room was warm with air freshener, and the breakfast was excellent. A fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, and a dining area were standard, but I enjoyed that.

Fairly clean place, staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was excellent with sausages and had plenty of food. This was my very very good stay for one night.

Got Wheelchair Accessible room with garden view and refrigerators, for example as expected. A microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator were nice.

The location here is great, close to outdoor activities, shops, and downtown restaurants; the staff is helpful and efficient, and I had a really good stay.

general friendliness

Misuse of the pool and hot tub . Too much horseplay and ball throwing by youths(8+) and use of hot tub by under aged children . Lack of supervision by staff allowed things to become out of hand to the detriment of other guests staying at the hotel. It certainly was a negative for us which we shall concider in future.

I needed a room that was clean, comfortable, had internet connection, fair price, at a good location. The Clarion Yakima met everyone of my expectations. When I return to Yakima for business I will stay there.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the accommodating staff and the comfortable beds. The clean bathroom and sea view with a sliding glass door and small deck were amazing. The hotel is also a great choice for youth sports tournaments.

Felt like home, no complaints whatsoever.

The staff was terrific, the room was very clean and quiet, and we enjoyed our stay enough to stay an extra night. There was a young man shoveling snow on the walkways and when he found that we did not have a scraper to take care of our car, he went and got his and cleaned off our car for us, then shoveled a walkway to the car for us. We will definitely come back just because of him, the front desk staff and the waitress that took care of us in the restaurant. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast both days was awesome.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and they even gave us cookies. The beds and bathroom were clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The hotel had a pool that was very nicely cared for. The location was close to the events we attended, making it convenient for us. Additionally, the next morning the area was flooded, but the hotel was not affected.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Fairbridge Hotel & Conference Center. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated the spacious bathroom and the convenient location. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It smelled musty and old. Looked dirty. Water stains on the ceiling. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Old mattress. Paint chipped on furniture. Needs serious remodeling. No water pressure in the shower at times.
